So that will be a COMAH site, with that prevent any potential future housing development and reduce Witton Albions asset if they ever decided to sell?
 
Don't know mate but wouldn't have thought an office block would prevent any major development. Loads of land round there as you probably know yourself. Our ground is pretty central to it all. Though I don't think we will ever sell as there is nowhere to go in town.
