It gives details of the finances and the terms of the groundshare.
It would suggest that the annual rental cost to JRFC is approx. £27,600

£27,600 would put JRFC rent up to £1,314/match, this coupled with the £100,000 annual wage bill beggars belief.

Strange that Rushe couldn't afford the 37p in the £ to pay creditors or in fact the 5 figure sum to pay back Lostock Club to prevent him being made bankrupt..... What a strange financial situation that Witton have got themselves involved in.

If that sum is correct then it is a no brainer for us as a club saving for our future to remain at Winsford for the time being - bad pitch or not.
