No doubt Goody has had something to do with this.

Thought that Markell was okish for us at NPL W, but nowhere as good as Matty F or Jonah. Probably a signing to reinforce their squad in the run in towards the end of the season rather than being an immediate like for like replacement for one of their first choice defenders

I personally rated him and wish we still had him tbh, good young player with high potential, I thought he was excellent at picking a pass out from the back
 
I was always confused about Markell
He never made obvious mistakes but we conceded a lot of goals

This seems to be a 6-a-side league on Sky Sports that is all managed by social media 'influencers'.
 
Seems our keeper Mike Shorthouse played well for Ashton Athletic according to their match report but still conceded 4.

Jamal Crawford was MoM for Abbey Hey also on Saturday.

I watched the goals on a Droylesdon video First goal direct from a corner, with Mike possibly impeded. 2nd and 3rd goals difficult to see if Mike could have done better. Remember him scoring a hat trick at Barnoldswick on Boxing day a few years ago and we were all singing Ho-Lee Knight Ho-lee Knight, Scores with his left, scores with his right - and he really thought it was funny. I think we scored 7 or 8 that game memory`s no good

And i think their bloke scored 4 goals, 2 in the last minute for an 8-4 scoreline. Funny place Barlick, we had 1 or 2 sending offs there, one for squeezing their blokes hand with our players privates!

It was just before Christmas, not Boxing Day. Ended 8-4 to ‘74 and yes Lee Knight scored a hat-trick but their guy scored 4. It was 8-2 after 90 minutes but Big T had a nightmare injury time and conceded two more
 
Anybody know what's happened to Eric Byrne?.Since rejoining the club,I think I've seen him twice come on as sub and hasn't played since.
