it's going to be a challenge to provide consistency from the match officials....... hoping it's not going to include supporters... we'll have some permanently on the naughty step!

I understand it will be used for dissent initially, so dissent wil be a yellow card and a 10 minute sin bin. Couple of other interesting changes to the Laws of the game. Opposing players to be 2m from a wall at a free kick and subs to leave the pitch at the closest point rather than the half way line.
