I wouldn't want to defend Sepp Blatter for what is either highly dishonest or grossly incompetent. However, it's interesting to look at why he got re-elected. It wasn't all down to bribes and corruption it's because FIFA has 'looked after' the smaller countries and given them a good deal. Oh that the FA would do the same thing for small clubs in this country?
