next 6 months = 26 weeks x 300 (assuming we get there) x £1 pw = £7800
next 6 months' total prize money = £3400
leaves £4400, divided by 6 = £733.33 pm

or assuming we remain at 293, the monthly sum would be £703

Not bad for a quick bit of maths Alan, but the income is £4/month rather than £1/week.
Thus income for 6 months (at 300 numbers) is £7,200 rather than £7,800 - this provides a monthly income of £633, which is a fantastic contribution to the club all year round and isn't affected by matches being postponed.
