Did you ever see Peter Brough? Surely the worst ventriloquist ever. His mouth moved so much it was awful. Maybe why he was really a radio, rather than a tv, star. Ventriloquism on the radio, oh how we were entertained in those days!
 
another cracker was Terry Hall with Lenny The Lion. the stuffed lions head was about 3 feet wide Terry would get behind it and people would say he,s brilliant you cannot see his lips move ! these young uns dont know what entertainment is !!
