Just remember that whatever the toe rag gets, the sentence served will be 50%. The rest is always on licence following release. It is usually only in the case of murders etc where the judge stipulates that the full sentence be served before parole is considered.

Remember that his "not guilty" plea will also have an effect on the term, 4 days over the suggested time for trial and the much greater costs will also be "taken into consideration" I believe.
