It is with great sadness that 1874Northwich has to announce the sudden passing of a great friend and supporter of the club, Ian Dutton following a short illness.

Very sad news indeed; a lovely guy who will be missed by supporters, management, players and club officials as a great guy first and a fabulous photographer... RIP Ian....
 
Echo the above. Lovely chap and come rain, shine, snow and everything else in between he was always there doing clearly something he loved and took great pride and joy in.
 
Very sad at the news about Ian he will be sorely missed a very nice man.
 
Folks

Following the awful news about lovely Ian and also loyal supporter Graham Powell, who passed away last week, we will be holding a one minute's silence before tomorrow's game.

We had already been in contact with Graham's family. It would have been Graham's birthday tomorrow and his son Matthew and family have told us that there is only one way that they want to mark it, by coming along to the game.

We will fondly remember two very good guys, who were 1874 through and through
 
With the full agreement of Bev, Ian's partner and Graham's family who are coming to the game, it has been decided that we will hold a minute's applause. Both chaps were cheery and positive and we want to show respect and celebrate the fantastic people they were.
