This afternoons weather forecast for the pilots who operate into Manchester Airport is giving 50 mph winds, 3000m visibility with thunderstorms and heavy rain, hailstones and probably a plague of locusts thrown in.
I am glad it was cancelled as the drive to Darwen would be positively dangerous.
