How they work?

Kevin Lugsden is dual reg with GNE & WD&C.
Assuming he gets a 3 game ban for his red card does he have to miss 3 GNE matches before his time is served?
Or can he miss 1 GNE & 2WD&C?

He's suspended from all football two weeks after the offence, until 3 West Dids games have passed.

Edit: If any of West's games are postponed, then it will carry over to the next game too, meaning he's out for at least 3 weeks, but possibly longer.
