At the AGM, the Constitution of the Football Conference was agreed by member clubs with caveat. Conditions exist on Hereford United and Salisbury City with cleared funds on Monday.

Failure to clear funds would see a reprieve in the Premier constituted with Chester FC and Dartford in that order.

If that happened, then adjustments to be made at Step 2 in favour of Hayes & Yeading United and then Tonbridge Angels.

The Football Conference chairman reported it was pleasing to note that HM Revenue & Customs debt across the whole sixty-eight clubs was only now £159,000 according to HMRC.

Hereford fail to meet criteria.... Chester are reprieved. I wonder where Hereford will end up?

My guess is they'll end up in the Southern Premier League, filling the space left by the now reprieved Hayes & Yeading ..... always assuming the new Bulls owner isn't telling porkies about paying off debts and also assuming Martin Foyle and/or HMRC don't get them wound up I the interim.

Terrible business, but I'm sure we all feel their pain.

What's the latest with Salisbury?
Aren't they under threat of expulsion as well, or did they stump up the cash?

Salisbury down to Conf South and Dartford rerieved.
Next deadline 04.07.14 then who knows where they will end up.
