Picked up this interesting piece from the NWCL site: http://www.nwcfl.com/news-articles.php?id=3390

Highly doubtful it would have any bearing on where we play next season, regardless of whether we gain promotion. Looking at the clubs currently occupying spots in the NWCL Premier and Division 1, it's difficult to see much scope for the FA moving anyone else, with perhaps (albeit tenuous) a couple of exceptions?

Glossop arguably could be shifted across to the NECL Premier? Likewise Silsden who appear to be the closest club to the Yorkshire border.

In terms of current Division 1 members, Eccleshall (being the most southerly of the Staffs clubs) could be permed with any number of leagues at Step 6, including the NECL Division 1, East Midlands Counties League, Midlands Combination Premier League and West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division.

All hypothetical of course, but given the FA's previous track record, anything is possible!
