Mods & admins can post here without any extra approval needed.

It's only for this "feedback,help & suggestions" forum, but I'll try & make it guest only moderation.

On here it's called a "conversation"! It should appear as an option if you go to your 'Inbox' top right.

Or if you click on a User Name you will get a window including the option to 'Start a conversation'. Very civilised.
