Emmanuel Sholabi has joined Runcorn Town in the Midland League Premier Division on dual-reg.

Alfie Atherton, Cameron Bell & Ebou Badjie will get game time for Helsby today in order to reach match fitness.

We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of left-back John Clarke to 1874 Northwich from Bury.

John has an excellent football pedigree. Spending multiple years at Reading, he had a loan spell in the National League South with Slough Town last season.

We thank Bury for their assistance in this move and look forward to seeing John being able for selection from Monday 31st vs Vauxhall Motors!

Welcome to the ‘74, Noel Brindle!

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of midfielder Noel Brindle on loan from NLN side Chorley.

An old fashioned high energy and hard in the tackle midfielder and equally as talented in possession. He will bring an extra dimension to our squad.

Our thanks go out to the guys at Chorley and we look forward to seeing Noel become part of the squad starting tomorrow at Padiham

We’re delighted to announce the signing of attacking midfielder Brad Mundy

Brad came through the very successful Salford City youth system and featured throughout their youth sides. He also had loans in the NPL West, most recently with Trafford.

He joins up with the squad ahead of tomorrows trip to Padiham
