26/27 Squad

I make it that we have 13 players now! Still four weeks until the season begins so with a few more signings we will be ready to go :scarf:

Then Jelani Blake

Jelani joins the Greens from New Mills. Rapid pace and quick feet make him a handful for any defender.

Starting his footballing career at Macclesfield, moving on to spells at Cheadle Heath Nomads and Maine Road.

And Emmanuel Sholabi

Manu joins after spending last season with Colne. An imposing and commanding central defender, with also good ability when the ball is at his feet.

Prior spells at Radcliffe and Stalybridge Celtic make up his previous clubs.

Maybe we have a good one already, but kept under wraps for now 🤔🤷‍♂️
 
That would be good to hear ! As Bill Shankly used to say, the heart of the team is the goalkeeper, centre half and centre forward and it's still true.
So we need a Tommy Lawrence, Ron Yeats and Ian St John

But hopefully more youthful versions 😁
 
Is it the same Elliott Coleman who signed dual reg with us a few seasons ago? Didn’t play though.
