World Cup - vanishing spray paint to be used!

Seems a waste of time if you ask me, how can sep blatter complain that technology will slow down then bring in something like this that will slow down free kicks whilst the ref marks it out?
 
Another thing that really grinds me up is when a goalkeeper come sway off his line during a penalty! Why cant the linesman or the ref stop this??

I can see where you're coming from, but it can also stop time from being wasted by the free kick taker(s) complaining the wall isn't 10 yards away.

They can, they just don't apply it when it does happen.
 
I would much prefer the ref mark out '10 yards' with a tape measure rather than the usual '10 paces' or in some cases '8 steps'...... Grrrrrrrr
