Really enjoyed today's game. A much more positive performance where we always looked dangerous going forward and fairly secure at the back. A shame that their goal came from an attacking position dead ball for us. This left our defenders up field and we were caught out for pace.
Some really good performances today but top of the list would be Tyler our new recruit. He drove the attack forward from midfield and complemented Beads really well. Please, please Ian give him a run in the team!
Mitch and DT were excellent today, didn't think much got through the middle we just looked a bit vulnerable to their pace on the wings. Very pleasing this as the last few games defending hasn't been great.
A lovely goal again from Beads from a great cross by Ryan. Fully deserved our goal and could, perhaps should, have gone on to win it.
Couple of strange decisions today? Why was Wardy on the bench after perhaps his best performance of the season last Tuesday, was he injured? Also thought we could have done with fresh legs later on today, but no subs used? (Opinions aren't they great!! They makes football)
Summary is, a great point today against a good team and possible champions.

Their fans behind the goal were great they gave us lots of stick as we gave them,at the end of the game they waited and shook our hands even at being disappointed at dropping two points,so good luck to them for the rest of the season.

Good post Toddy
Having stood with a few of them at Runcorn Town a few weeks back, I can only have good things to say about their banter and chanting.
I also saw them get well beaten at Linnetts earlier in the season but they never stopped singing.

Should have been all over by half time, three chances missed which should have been put away, they had one shot "on target" and scored, but an all round effort much improved effort.
