Padiham away in first rd then afc Blackpool at home in 2nd rd for the winners.
Question.....why do we have to play a first rd tie when team like Whitchurch who finished bottom of div 1 get a bye!?
Surely byes should go to higher placed teams!?

Does seem a bit strange. It looks like they just chucked all the names in a hat and made the first 24 out of the hat play the first round, giving the rest byes to round 2. I suppose given the numbers it's as fair a way as any. Luck of the draw (or not).

The fa cup, fa cup trophy and fa vase all have prelims where I believe the lowest placed teams entering the comp play off.
Strange for the nwcfl not to adopt this!
