Many of you will know Graham Allen from the days at The Drill Field as one of a great double act with the late Jeff Smith as match day treasurers.

Sadly Graham passed away on Monday after a short illness. His funeral will be held at Altrincham Crematorium on Monday 31st March at 1.30pm.

Heard the sad news yesterday. Knew Graham not only from Vics, but also from Davenham Bowls Club. He was both a gentleman and a thoroughly nice bloke.

Just heard this sad news at lunchtime today. Both Graham and Jeff Smith were terrific guys who took time and trouble to administer the gates at the Drill Field in an efficient and flawless manner.

Graham was very much a gentleman and good fun to be with. Thoughts with Joan and his family at this sad time.
