Sounds great on paper, but given the FA's previous pathetic attempts to properly administer Financial Fair Play and it's ODT successor, I'm not holding my breath just yet. Amidst the ongoing FIFA debacle, this just smacks of the FA lamely trying to put out the right soundbites to try and convince us all it's taking further steps to keep/get its own house in order.
