Another Take on the Promotion Question

Its that old geography question again. Each year the Evostik North and South relegate 2 clubs each. It then depend on who and where the new promotees come from.
Most likely a team from the Northern League would get a "North" spot along with a team from NEC League.
Leaving the NWC League representative in the "South" along with a team from the feeder leagues in the Midlands.

I think that is another reason why the article writer is advocating a East/West divisional split rather than the current North/South devide.
