I see that Winsford United have signed Adam Foy. A good signing for them. Adam was a top player for 1874 during our first season until he suffered that horendous injury. Good to see him back playing football again. Best of luck for Adam and best wishes from everybody at 1874.

Might well be part of Ducky's backroom staff as opposed to playing as the new rules brought in during the summer by the NWCFL mean that anyone on the bench has to be registered with the NWCFL so that if they have a little indisgression they they can be banned / booked.

So does that mean Phil Lea could make his debut on the pitch for '74 at some point this season??...........
