Personally, I think our squad is more than capable with gaining promotion this year, however the NWCFL Premier is a different story, I have noticed, when we have played Runcorn and Congleton, the deciding factor between the two teams has been PACE, the amount of pace they have on the wings and they use it to great effect, nearly all goals Runcorn scored came from the wings, so if we do find our selves playing in the Prem next season, I think we might have to bring in some faster players, especially fullbacks to deal with the other teams who also use the fast wingers.

The formation we play means we get exposed all too often down the flanks. Switching to 4-4-2 would solve the issue IMO.
