P3 W2 D1 GF 6 GA 0 - if we only played the first 45 mins.

Another 3 goal lead & this time we held on.
 
That’s a great result against a side tipped for success this season ??
 
Excellent first half. Held on better in second half than game against Kidsgrove but there were a few scrambles and near misses.
Special mention to the back three and goalkeeper. Also Joe Woolley had another really good game and new lad looks to give us better options up front.
All in all very satisfied with todays effort.
Nice ground to visit - one of my favourites I think. Only downside the long detour home as result of traffic accident.
 
Yes even though we didn't get there until 30 mins it was a great result again a team that will be top 10, hopefully the same result in 2 weeks.
Fingers crossed it will attract a few down on Monday.

Very impressive win at one of the toughest places to go in this league. Blew them away in the first half with some great attacking football and held them out and defended well in the second half. A solid unbeaten start to the season and important to get the first win.

All the lads were brilliant. Special mentions to Josh Quarless who had a great debut and scored a well taken goal and Ellis Allen who made a cracking save at 3-1 to prevent them really getting back into it.

Another tough test for us against a promotion favourite in Leek on Monday. COYG
