The new company has only issued 1 share & that's owned by Brian Turner.

IF they're going to be supporter owned then they'll need a whole new company setting up as a cooperative & that will take some time.

Misleading information and advertisment is a potential criminal offence. We point it out to them on many, many occasions but they give the three monkeys routine.

Last night's fans open meeting was a farce. Open meetings aren't just for fans, they're for the general public, so why promote for fans only when you don't have that many.

What beggars belief more than anything is that they've jumped the gun on fan ownership, like an impatient child that opens its presents before Christmas.

They don't see that they've now taken the excitement and sparkle out of the future announcement of CBS. How on earth can they now promote 'real' fan ownership and offer 'physical' shares when they're already insisting on being fan owned?

They look at us as disgruntled ex fans with an axe to grind but that couldn't be further from the truth. We just want to see everything done the right way through hard work, time and effort and not the Rushe way through laziness, lies and deception. It's obvious to everyone that they want to be like 1874 but never will be. They haven't got the intelligence, moral fibre, passion or commitment, thats why they have to constantly bullshit it.

You can lead the horse to water but you can't make the ass drink!

Must just be a coinscidence so soon after asking Cheshire FA for the whereabouts of the CSC then all of a sudden JGFC produce it... Well a picture does paint a thousand words but they won't be painting a picture for "Owned by the fans" because it would just be a blank canvas.

Is the CSC classed as a tangible or intangible asset?

A self appointed committee it would seem, still struggling with the concept of Democracy.
Let's await the update on the official site and see what shit they spout on there.

and who are they apart from Dave Thomas?
These are the people directly responsible for deliberately allowing this club to be portrayed as "OWNED by the fans". These individuals may be aware they are lying or may believe they are telling the truth. In my opinion they are habitually lying to make their club seem more attractive, appealing, pleasant and exciting, when in reality they all know its unattractive, unappealing, unpleasant and boring.

"DirectorS"... That's confusing because a statement from the club to The Northwich Guardian says otherwise

The way they've gone and are seemingly still going about things is really cringeworthy.

They're still digging their heels in over this "owned by the fans" farce. So their stance must be in their minds a moral (immoral) one rather than legal one.

"We are the NVSA, we paid all of the debt to the previous clubs creditors, one of our members is the sole director, therefore NVFC belongs to the NVSA, it's members and fans".

They'll continue to get away with their very dodgy practices because there just aren't enough people who really care / can see when they're being fed utter bullsh*t.

They know that. It's all very calculated but then they learnt from the best.

Has the Just Giving money been paid out yet? They seem to be doing just fine without it.

Finding it very strange that the Chairman has not made one statement since taking up his position.

Seems the only one that talks any sense or truth is Dave Thomas.
In my opinion he needs to get a grip of the Muppets that are running the show at the moment.

Latest Northwich Guardian article and again no mention of being owned by the fans.

So now it's....
"saved by change of hands, owned by change of hands"

Northwich Victoria were beaten tonight by Greenalls Padgate St Oswolds of the Cheshire Premier League, in which they finished last year in 12th spot.

Speaking on a purely football basis, it looks like it could be a tough year on the pitch for them.

Given that they had to resort to JG, then anything other than a tough year on the pitch should be raising lots of eyebrows... and questions!!

Indeed, but I think Greenalls will battle through all the same ;)

In Vics defence, it was a "very experimental side" tonight. ...... They experimented using some of the players who forced a draw against Ashton on Saturday.
