I reckon if Hiddink is correct for (a), then he must also be the answer for (e) ? For (f), long shot - Tord Grip (although not the designated manager for a premiership club, I believe he was Sven’s assistant at Manchester City).

@Richard Bush the answer to E has only managed one country at a World Cup finals, where as Gus has been there 3 times with 3 different countries.
Tord Grip is a good guess but wrong. Just had to Google the correct answer to see who he managed!
