Sad to read in the Guardian that former Vics & Witton full back, Colin Barnes, has passed away at the age of 91.

Yes Graham, very sad news.
I remember standing at the Water Street End, at The Drill Field, during the 1950’s watching Colin play. I used to see him through work over the years, always a very friendly chap.
