Indeed Richard. But Claire and I had decided to go and make a weekend of it, so we went all the way up there and didn’t see a ball kicked! As it happened we had a couple of great walks on some beautiful, windswept Northumberland beaches and did some birdwatching.

Not the case, the numbers are allocated in the order of alphabetical for clubs newly entering followed by the drawn number from the previous round for teams that won through. We would have had the same number.
