Community Interest Company

Accordng to all that is is a dissolved company but still clearly trading last month. Presumably under an assumed name?

I believe it's a CIC now Alan but what its got to do with Community Interest ( Not for profit) is beyond me.
 
Would be relevant Colin, if Thor were actually involved with 1874 like you seem to believe, why are you defending Rushe if hes not involved with Vics? I suppose the 10 of you had time to bond at Flixton...
 
If it's a CIC it should still come up under Company Check, but there is nothing. As a director of a CIC myself I fail to see how such an enterprise could ever pass the pretty rigorous CIC test ... but I think we've had this discussion before ...
 
According to Companies House (Public Records) its not a limited Company or a Community Interest Company, so must be sole trader or small business. Registered with Karting Nation as their agents but no further details.
Trail faded, now I'm bored again.
