All change for the 2018/19'season?

Had a play before with the new Step 4 division. Pinch of salt with this please!

I assumed that the NPL would use the reorganisation to finally go East/West instead of North/South.
I assumed that NWC & NCEL both get 4 extra promotion spots and the Northern League 5.
Other than that I've taken this seasons finishing positions and used the proposed new rulebook show what it would like if they had done it this season instead of next.

All hypothetical of course, but on the face of it, the West & Midlands divisions would work very well in terms of travelling, with potentially Basford to Bishop's Cleeve as the biggest distance between two clubs?
 
Are the NL going to play ball this time?
