Was there last night. He gave a pen which was overruled by the ref

Well it is and it isn't. The reprieves are given out by PPG and Winsford have a PPG that can't be caught. So there's no possible way the FA could do anything different without breaking their own rulebook (and in that case they would win an appeal anyway).

Peter Miller is a good account to follow for this sort of thing: https://twitter.com/petermiller36 His sheet here shows that it's 100% certain for Winsford to be reprieved: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uqfk5j-Vo9NSYXlXOHuEhl20VrvlxW99f6o8vLwFuYk/edit#gid=1538740871

There's no relegations in D1S this year as Ellesmere are classed as bottom.

It's not. Next season is 4 down (up from 2) at step 4 and 1+playoff winner up at step 5.

1874 News New First Team Manager – Welcome Chris Herbert

I'm honestly more positive about next year than at any time since the vase run. We're heading down, but we're in a very good position to give next season a real go on and off the pitch. From the sounds of what's been put out by the club, his backroom team will be bringing experience and will...

1874 News New First Team Manager – Welcome Chris Herbert

He was in charge of Runcorn Town when they were in the nwc prem with us. He finished 3rd, 3rd and 7th with them (left for Salford in Feb on the last season). I'm pretty happy with this. His Runcorn team scored lots of goals (100+ twice!) so after watching the last 18 months I'm hoping we get...

They also posted a £1.1m loss to get out of the NPL Prem even with an average crowd of 2,100+ They aren't even slightly comparable to what any Northwich side could be.

    Witton 3-0 & relegation confirmed

You've mentioned at least 4 teams there that have posted losses over £1m a season recently there James. I'd argue the days of National level football are over in the town precisely because the local teams are spending (close) to what they can afford. There are PLENTY of teams in the NPL D1W...

    Witton 3-0 & relegation confirmed

I don't think you'll find a single 74 fan that thinks we don't deserve to go down. We've been utterly woeful for 18 months. Why does oblivion beckon for us? We're being relegated and it's our 3rd highest league finish in our history. I'd quit watching football before sharing a terrace with...

1874 News Newcastle Town Matchday Programme

I liked Ellis, but since he's left I don't think we've conceded a single goal where the keeper has been at fault. The two youngsters in goal we've had have been outstanding - Matt Woolley too 😆

Won't affect Hednesford. Stowmarket (5 points all season) will get reprieved in-division.

    Knights Grange Scrapped

The issue was that it started off with a "County ground" pitch. Then it became a ground with a training pitch. Then it became a WSL standard stadium with a training complex. Then it became a WSL stadium with training complex and multiple hotels. If they had stuck with a basic County FA ground...

    Knights Grange Scrapped

£28m literally twenty years ago. https://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/news/5235745.waiting-and-watching-for-stabilisation/ Meanwhile we still have a 1 lane bridge as a main route into the town. It's okay though, because they have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on cancelled Knights...

1874 News First Team Manager Position

Someone that realises that the wage budget comes from club events and not from a chairman pumping in wads of cash. The previous managers have all got that and have made players to come along to club events - other clubs have been envious of us for that. This season has suffered from a lack of...
