    Trafford 2-2

Easter Mondays game will have a lot riding on it for both teams for different reasons. Should hopefully make for a good old fashioned Derby.

    Hanley 0-1

I don't disagree with you but that's football.

    Hanley 0-1

3 points in a derby at Christmas is always very festive. Joking aside the constant struggle to attract fans is a worry. Before Christmas we were struggling, but a turn around in form and a run of results helped. Midweek fixtures never attract people with so much football on TV. It frustrates me...

    Hanley 0-1

    But we scored two 😉

    Hanley 0-1

It's a fact , people will vote with their feet if they don't like what they see. From what I've read, the quality of football you've watched this season hasnt been good and youve scored no home goals since Boxing day against us. That speaks volumes and will certainly dictate if people stay away.

    Leek 0-3

You can only press against a good side for so long. If you're continually chasing the game then fatigue and other factors will kick in. That's when good teams will punish you.

Yes Leek are a good organised side. The front two are excellent. I still say the best side I've seen performance wise at Witton this season is Clitheroe yet they've not had a good year.

Surely identifying a suitable candidate and selling the job to them has got to be a better way.

No disrespect but Prospective managers are going to look at your situation and are not going to be attracted. Start looking post season to prepare for next season

    Tatton Brewery closing down

Agree. It's on in the club at Witton and is a very nice pint. Will be missed.

You have 12 games left ,getting a new manager and players in takes time, and time is a luxury you don't have

Why rush that decision though, doesn't make sense to me. Unfortunately having a manager and players in place never happens like that.

Looking from the outside I genuinely think appointing a manager before the end of the season isn't going to save you. You have 12 games left minus 3 or 4 before a decision is made. It will take a few games more for the new manager to bed his players and ideas in ,which in games left is a luxury...

With due respect the quality of football at NPL is far higher and as I've said money talks . To get the quality of player required at this level to be successful comes at a price.

    Trafford 0-4

At the end of the day Football managers are judged on results .

Money talks in non league football. At the end of the day players have got to earn a living so understandably will go where the money is. You may not agree with it but unfortunately it's a fact.

    Lucas Weir

It's irrelevant who he signed for the worrying thing for you is he has left and he's not been on his own recently.

    Are Witton at it again?

Similar story in my Family, all my Dad's side are Wittoners hence the reason I'm a red. However my Mums side were all Vics fans and staunch at that. My Dad deliberately put a Witton top on me on a number of occasions for certain family visits. My Grandad wanted to take me to one of the Vics...

    Are Witton at it again?

He certainly was a Wittoner, I'll give him that. I agreed with totally on his choice of club.
