Community Collection for Mid Cheshire Foodbank

24th October is the date of our second collection of produce for Mid Cheshire Foodbank. Please help if you can by buying one extra item during your next shopping trip to donate to the collection.
1874 Northwich, a community club, active in the community.
 
Great start with early donations on Saturday. Please do what you can...it will be greatly appreciated.

I am also now aware that the Foodbank are short of carrier bags - so if you have any spare, they also would be appreciated.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the huge food collection on Saturday. You will get a formal thank you from the office when we have weighed it in. We are just catching up on our Harvest Festival collections at the moment so it may not be until next week.
However I just wanted to pass on our thanks. MCFB could not provide the service it does without support like yours. Many thanks JO

I am pleased to advise that the weight of food delivered to the foodbank to date is 384.5KG. I have more to deliver on Tuesday so we should again be well over 400KG. We should be close to 900KG donated from 1874 in 2015. I will keep you posted on the final figure.

Jo Rafferty from the Foodbank again extends their thanks to us all for what she describes as 'a fantastic amount'.

I would term it a FANtastic amount and would personally like to thank all who have again donated so generously.
